"Best Care Anywhere!"

Twenty four hour care is provided, but you will be encouraged to maintain an independent lifestyle. Every assistance however, will be given if required with all aspects of personal care and daily living. To this end, a radio call system is fitted throughout the home. Our aim is to enable you to lead the life you wish in a homely environment, respecting your individuality, dignity and need for privacy, as stated in our Charter of Residents‘ Rights.
Meals are carefully planned with particular regard to your need, preference or perhaps special diet. Wholesome balanced meals are prepared in our kitchen by trained cooks, who will consult with you on a daily basis to discuss the menu.
Unless you want a lie-in our day starts around 8.00am with a breakfast of your choice. Lunch is served between 12.30pm and 1.30 pm with a cooked 'tea' at 5.00pm. Tea is accompanied by a variety of bread, scones, cakes, fruit and much more. Snacks and refreshments are served throughout the day. Meals will be served in the dining room, or your bedroom if you wish to dine privately.
Views, comments and opinions are sought and welcomed on every aspect of your care by way of our 'open door' policy, regular meetings, reviews, newsletters, questionnaires and suggestion box. This participation policy also applies to family, friends, representatives and visiting professionals.
